Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Representative in Nashville, TN to respond to and prioritize service orders for on-site remediation of hospital equipment. You will work with clinical staff, document steps taken, and escalate complex issues to advanced teams as required.

The role requires strong electronics/mechanics skills, healthcare experience is a plus, and daily interactions with customers demand professional communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or higher preferred.
• Intermediate troubleshooting in electronics, mechanics and electromechanical systems.
• Experience in healthcare, field service or biomedical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, evaluate and prioritize service orders at client sites.
• Remediate hospital equipment including hardware and software components.
• Document all actions in the tracking system and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain vendor credentialing and travel readiness; travel as needed.
