Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years' experience in field technical role preferred.
• Experience in field service or electronics preferred.
• Military veterans with electronics/IT background encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States.
• Set up, test, and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and data recording with customers.
• Manage project timelines and respond to customer needs.
