Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to support hospitals nationwide from Phoenix, AZ. You will install, test, and update medical devices, configure hardware and software, and document results while traveling to client sites across the United States.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, on-site teamwork, and opportunities to grow in the medical device industry, with credentialing requirements and healthcare facility visits standard across assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in field technical role with focus on hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have an active and unrestricted driver license and access to a personal vehicle.
