Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a field-based technician to travel to hospitals and perform software upgrades for automated medication dispensing devices. You will install and configure systems, perform checks, troubleshoot issues, and educate healthcare staff on device usage and software features.

Roles involve 28–32 hours per week with travel, some nights and weekends, and regional/national duties. Associate degree preferred; 1+ year of technical experience required; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively for field-based service assignments.
• 1+ year of technical experience required; 3+ years preferred in a field technician role.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and update medical devices, software, and networking systems.
• Perform routine checks to verify functionality after setup.
• Troubleshoot device and network issues and escalate as needed.
• Follow calibration protocols and service equipment.
• Educate healthcare staff on device usage and software features.
• Ensure compliance with hospital credentialing requirements.
