Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of technical experience required; 3+ years in a field technician role preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and locally.
• Associate degree in biomedical, IT, electronics or related field preferred.
• Experience in IT support, electronics, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and update medical devices, software, and networking systems.
• Run routine checks to verify functionality after setup.
• Troubleshoot device and network issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow calibration protocols for servicing equipment.
• Educate healthcare staff on device use and software features.
• Maintain credentialing with hospital vendors.
