Job summary

Vision RT Ltd is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support IT and systems across the US healthcare sites. You will configure Windows, diagnose network and PC hardware issues, and deliver remote and on-site service with a strong customer focus.

The role requires traveling up to 90% of time, with some regional support, and safety-first installation in clinical environments. The base location is Virginia or Washington DC, with coverage across the US.

Qualifications

• Extensive travel across the US (up to 90% of working time).
• Base location in Virginia or Washington DC area.
• Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission, support, and maintain Vision RT products at customer sites.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and software updates.
• Configure Windows-based systems, diagnose network problems, and document services.
• Travel throughout the region to support installations, training, and customer requests.
• Maintain installation records, maintenance reports, and customer activity logs.
