Job summary

Vision RT Ltd. is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support Vision RT solutions across the US. This field-based role requires up to 100% travel, with on-site installations, evening work, and occasional weekends in healthcare environments.

You will provide remote and on-site technical support, troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and ensure safe operation while maintaining strong customer relationships and documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining medical imaging or patient-care devices.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues in customer sites.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site assignments.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Proactive and safety-conscious in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission, support, and maintain Vision RT products at customer sites.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and readiness for deployment.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system upgrades, software updates, and product enhancements to maximise system performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows-based systems and associated devices.
• Travel throughout the assigned region to support installations, maintenance activities, training, and customer requests.
