Job summary

Prime Recruitment is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to break into medical device sales. The role covers all of Utah and focuses on full-cycle outside sales, product demos, and clinician education.

You will work with senior Territory Managers on strategy and have a clear path to Territory Sales Manager, with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential including a base salary of 70k plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales experience, preferably consultative or field-based.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and close business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with customers across Utah.
• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales including demos and in-services.
• Educate physicians and clinicians on a non-invasive device for venous disease and lymphedema.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with senior Territory Managers on strategy and goals.
• Serve as a resource on treatment protocols and reimbursement.
