Job summary

Connecticut Innovations is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to drive UltraSight deployments across hospital sites. You will own installation readiness, coordinate across product, engineering, clinical education, IT, and biomed, and ensure on-time go-lives.

You will help manage alpha and beta deployments, capture field feedback, and scale the deployment playbook while traveling domestically up to 50% for on-site sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical technology implementation or field deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder hospital deployments (IT, biomed, clinical, admin).
• Experience with medical device IT integration and cybersecurity requirements.
• Comfortable working with alpha/beta products in real clinical environments; triage field issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for each site from readiness to go-live.
• Project-manage activations across product, engineering, clinical education, IT, and biomed.
• Identify hardware needs, place orders, track shipments, and confirm delivery.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to verify hardware, software and connectivity.
• Support pre-sale IT conversations to assess site readiness and set expectations.
• Deliver a complete handoff to the account manager at activation.
