Job summary

Trimedx is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead and own new customer implementations of its clinical engineering service programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines, and ensure a smooth start-up at client sites, with travel across the country and close proximity to major airports.

Responsibilities include coordinating service contracts, validating inventories, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing operations support role.
• Experience with continuous improvement, lean, or six sigma initiatives.
• 1–2 years leading cross-functional teams.
• 1–2 years operating in hospital/medical equipment industry.
• PMI/PMO certifications preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-large market new customer implementation projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop client-specific programs.
• Facilitate implementation meetings and training for staff.
• Evaluate current state and define site-specific objectives.
• Manage timelines and tasks, including inventory validation and go-live.
• Oversee contract reconciliation and service documentation handoffs.
• Participate in corporate-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
