BD, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operator for our Utah production site. You will operate and monitor automated equipment, perform setup and changeovers, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement as part of a self-directed team.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with automated processes, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Shift: Rotating, D Shift, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM MT, on-site in Sandy, UT.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills (English).
• Basic math skills.
• One to two years of previous manufacturing/production experience is preferred.
• Good dexterity and coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Operates multiple processes on high speed automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Monitors assigned processes to ensure high quality production.
• Removes defective product from the processes.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities and team meetings.
• Maintains records and documents as required.
