Job summary

BD in Utah is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operator to operate and monitor automated production equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will certify on multiple processes, perform potential manual packing, and help ensure product quality through strict adherence to task instructions.

This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work within a self-directed team, with overtime as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Clear English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Good dexterity and coordination for manual tasks.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform system changeovers and ensure quality checks per instructions.
• Assist with manual manufacturing operations such as packing.
• Maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate in a self-directed team and attend team meetings.
