Job summary

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support changeovers, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years repairing industrial equipment and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment changeovers and tooling fabrication with Machine Shop.
• Lead and mentor maintenance backup personnel.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
