Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Sales Manager for Life Sciences to lead a specialized team of Strategic Account Executives. You will drive adoption of frontier AI across medical device, diagnostics, and digital health segments, coaching reps to success in complex multi-stakeholder deals.

You’ll partner with Product and Marketing to refine value propositions, build account plans, and execute multi-year AI transformation roadmaps with senior medtech executives, including regulatory and quality functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in life sciences, with at least 5 years selling into or working within medical device, diagnostics, or medtech organizations
• Experience in leadership roles managing or coaching enterprise sales teams and driving revenue in medtech or adjacent life sciences settings
• Deep understanding of medtech business models, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a specialized team of Strategic Account Executives covering medtech accounts and coaching reps through the full sales cycle
• Design and oversee sales strategies tailored to procurement cycles of medtech, including budgets and regulatory investments
• Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities across product design, regulatory submissions, and post-market surveillance
• Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence with a measurable quota performance
• Serve as Anthropic’s domain expert across the medtech value chain and translate expertise into repeatable playbooks
• Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to design multi-year AI transformation roadmaps
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine value proposition and market positioning
• Build relationships with system integrators and industry partners to scale go-to-market capabilities
• Establish Anthropic’s position as AI partner of choice across medtech through thought leadership
