• 10+ years in life sciences with 5+ years selling into medical device/medtech
• Leadership roles managing enterprise sales teams with revenue outcomes
• Deep understanding of medtech regulatory environments and product lifecycles
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large deals
• History of exceeding revenue targets through pipeline management
• Excellent communication with diverse medtech audiences including C-suite
• Interest in AI ethics and responsible deployment of AI technologies

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a specialized team of Strategic Account Executives in medtech accounts
• Design sales strategies aligned with medtech procurement cycles and regulatory budgets
• Identify high-potential opportunities across product design, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and commercial
• Run disciplined pipeline forecasting and maintain quota attainment
• Be Anthropic’s domain expert across medtech value chain and regulatory submissions
• Partner with C-suite leaders to design multi-year AI transformation roadmaps
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine value proposition and GTM strategies
• Develop playbooks and best practices with Marketing and Enablement
• Establish Anthropic as AI partner of choice across medtech segments
