Qualifications

• Visionary leader responsible for platform/product strategy and ensuring business value realization and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end platform lifecycle activities including technical leadership driving the vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery, performance management for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-driven and data-centric lifecycle processes across the ecosystem.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and standardization and reduce fragmentation across OpCos / legacy systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Product Owners and Platform Architects to optimize business value and manage technical backlog.
• Collaborate with Platform Architect and technology counterparts to manage cross-team dependencies in roadmaps and backlog.
• Lead vendor management and stay current with tech trends in CxM Marketing and digital platforms.
• Drive the interaction model between product and platform.
