Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management to support biosurgery and emerging platforms. The role focuses on building digital capacity models across the end-to-end supply chain and partnering with value stream leaders to inform strategic decisions.

You will contribute to LRPP/LRFP processes, provide scenario analysis, and deliver insights through advanced digital solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research or related STEM.
Minimum 5 years in supply chain planning, manufacturing, analytics or strategic planning.
Experience with capacity planning and operations modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience handling large datasets and turning analysis into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance Biosurgery SCM models for long-range planning.
Develop end-to-end supply chain models including networks and inventory policies.
Perform scenario analysis for capacity expansion and sourcing changes.
Support LRPP and LRFP planning over a 2-10 year horizon.
Collaborate across functions to ensure model accuracy and alignment.
Translate modeling outputs into executive recommendations on capacity and profitability.
Help mature SCM processes and expand capabilities to new product platforms.
Develop dashboards and tools to visualize capacity constraints and plans.
Drive process governance, documentation, and standardization.
Partner with IT to enhance SCM with OMP, Power BI and related tech.
