Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Supply Chain Digital, Director of AI Enablement & Value Acceleration to join our team in Raritan, NJ or another MedTech site location. This role leads the AI-enabled digital strategy across global transformations, collaborating with business units, IT, and data science to accelerate deployment and drive cost efficiencies.

We expect 10+ years in digital strategy/product management and strong leadership, with experience in AI concepts, ERP/SaaS deployments,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business/technical field.
10+ collective years in digital strategy, product management, digital transformation, or related experience.
Proven experience leading digital product development, agile methodologies, and product roadmaps.
Strong experience engaging with customers to gain insights for product strategies.
Experience with ERP or enterprise platforms (SAP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and lead AI enablement and value acceleration strategy for global digital transformation programs.
Establish a portfolio of AI automation opportunities aligned to cost reduction and efficiency.
Identify manual activities suitable for AI automation prioritized for value.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle of agentic AI solutions from ideation to deployment.
Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and data science across business units.
Define KPIs and monitor digital performance and value realization.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and auditability.
