Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Manager for Polyphonic Surgery to drive the product strategy and roadmap for transformative surgical data solutions. You will work with engineering and design in an AGILE framework to deliver features on schedule and ensure high quality across platform and data integrations.

The role requires deep experience in product management within regulated healthcare software, strong communication, and the ability to translate clinical inputs into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related software product role.
• Experience with healthcare, medical device, digital surgery, or other regulated software products is preferred.
• Familiarity with video, sensor, EHR-linked, or other clinical data sources.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and ecosystem products that integrate third-party solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience working in agile development environments, including backlog management and release delivery.
• Understanding of healthcare data, privacy, and compliance expectations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap, shaping tradeoffs and sequencing to meet business goals.
• Translate customer, clinical, and market inputs into clear product needs and validate them before development.
• Lead the backlog and requirements for your product area with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and design through agile ceremonies to deliver features on schedule and with high quality.
• Coordinate across platforms, data, and integrations to fit into the broader Polyphonic experience.
• Support release management, including readiness, documentation, and cross-functional launch.
• Enable commercial and customer success through materials, demos, and product knowledge for GTM.
• Track adoption and product performance to drive iteration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions prioritize quality, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
