Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Contract Operations Analyst to ensure accurate execution of customer contracts, maintain pricing integrity in ERP systems, and drive contract lifecycle management.

You’ll support pricing governance, rebates, and admin fees while coordinating with Sales Operations and Corporate Accounts. In this role, you will monitor contract performance, prepare pricing documentation, and help streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of contract administration, operations, or related role (MedTech/healthcare preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems with attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer contract process for accuracy and pricing terms.
• Update and validate pricing in ERP reflecting approved contracts.
• Monitor contract performance and provide reports to Corporate Account team.
• Prepare documentation for pricing council and assist audits.
• Collaborate with Sales and Corporate Accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline contract operations and improve efficiency.
