The Contract Operations Analyst role ensures accurate and timely execution of customer contracts, maintains pricing integrity within ERP systems, and supports contract lifecycle management across hospital, IDN, and GPO contracts. You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Corporate Accounts, and audit teams to optimize contract workflows, monitor compliance, and implement rebate strategies to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of contract administration, operations, or related role (MedTech or healthcare preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems and strong attention to detail for data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer contract process to ensure accuracy and completeness of terms and pricing.
• Update and validate pricing in the ERP system to reflect approved contracts and governance rules.
• Monitor tier compliance and contract performance, providing reports and insights to the Corporate Account team.
• Support governance processes by preparing documentation for pricing council and assisting with audits.
• Collaborate with Sales and Corporate Accounts teams to resolve contract discrepancies and ensure timely execution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline contract operations and improve process efficiency.
• Calculate rebate accruals and GPO administrative fee payments, and other operational checks as needed based on current rebate strategy.
