Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Contract Operations Analyst to ensure accurate contract execution, maintain pricing integrity in ERP systems, and drive contract lifecycle management. This role collaborates with Sales Operations to manage contract data for local hospital, IDN, and GPO levels.

The position emphasizes governance, rebate calculations, and operational support across pricing strategies. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in contract administration are preferred, with strong Excel/ERP skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of contract administration, operations, or related role (MedTech or healthcare preferred).
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems with strong attention to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the customer contract process to ensure accuracy and completeness of terms and pricing.
Update and validate pricing in the ERP system to reflect approved contracts and governance rules.
Monitor tier compliance and contract performance, providing reports and insights to the Corporate Account team.
Support governance processes by preparing documentation for pricing council and assisting with audits.
Collaborate with Sales and Corporate Accounts teams to resolve contract discrepancies and ensure timely execution.
Identify opportunities to streamline contract operations and improve process efficiency.
Calculate rebate accruals and GPO administrative fee payments, and other operational checks as needed.
