Solera Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to join our team at Village Crossing at Worman's Mill. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support health needs within physician orders and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have state-approved Med Tech certification or RMA/Med Tech training where applicable.
• Ability to appropriately administer medications and document care.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a senior care setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state rules.
• Measure and document vital signs and weights accurately.
• Maintain medication records and complete documentation with attention to detail.
• Follow safety procedures and policy for medication handling.
• Coordinate with physicians, home health, hospice, and emergency services.
• Supervise care team during shift lead when needed.
