Hydrafacial is seeking an Assembly I to join our Long Beach manufacturing team. You will assemble devices and sub-assemblies, follow manufacturing operating procedures, and ensure every unit meets quality standards before moving to the next step.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) in English.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to questions when clarity is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools following MOPs.
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following procedures.
• Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
• Spot and report rejects and non-conforming items to Production Lead quickly.
• Keep training certifications current for all production lines and stations.
• Record production activities accurately to ensure traceability and quality.
• Maintain takt time and a steady work pace.
• Wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, ESD) during shift.
• Participate in team improvement activities and training.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
