Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking an Assembler II in Long Beach, CA to assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools, read blueprints, and verify components. The role requires 2+ years of production experience, good manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

You will train peers and help ensure quality across manufacturing lines. On-site, you’ll follow MOPs, maintain safety standards, and contribute to daily production targets while upholding strict quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English, plus verbal instructions, to complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to stand, walk, and perform detailed hand work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and soldering stations.
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following manufacturing operating procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, BOMs, routers, and schematics.
• Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
• Spot and report product rejects and non-conforming items to leads to prevent downstream issues.
• Clean devices and components according to approved procedures and safety requirements.
• Record production activities accurately and on time, reporting defects or deviations to supervision.
• Keep training certifications current and help train teammates on production lines.
• Hit daily production goals and maintain takt time; suggest improvements to reduce waste.
