Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC in Long Beach, CA is hiring for an Assembler I on-site. You will assemble products and sub-assemblies, verify parts, and maintain quality per MOPs. Role requires reading work instructions in English and good manual dexterity, with up to 50 lb lifts with assistance.

Lean manufacturing knowledge and ISO 13485 familiarity are a plus.Hourly base pay starts at $20.00; on-site role with PPE and team-based improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other quality systems is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies following MOPs.
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality and procedures.
• Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
• Spot and report rejects to Production Lead immediately.
• Keep certifications current for relevant production lines.
• Record production activities accurately and on time.
• Hit daily production goals and follow safety guidelines.
• Wear PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and ESD protection.
• Participate in team improvement activities and training programs.
