Medtech and Pharma Software Sales Executive - Remote

This role involves driving SaaS and Hybrid SaaS revenue growth within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries by generating subscription and follow-on services sales to meet ARR targets. The position requires developing and executing multi-channel account strategies for Named Accounts and New Logo prospects using a strategic, value-based sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Planning: Define short-term goals, develop account-specific strategies, and identify go-to-market channels to meet revenue targets.
  2. Team Orchestration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, lead matrixed teams, and deliver tailored value-based messaging.
  3. Prospecting and Discovery: Manage a pipeline, conduct targeted campaigns, evaluate customer requirements, and propose solutions.
  4. Opportunity Management: Guide customers through the buying process, develop stakeholder strategies, and monitor post-sale success.
  5. Sales Administration, Analytics, and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports for strategy refinement.
  6. Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
  • Expertise in SaaS/software sales, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital industry software.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict management, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Business acumen with experience in manufacturing software sales, preferably in medical device and/or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven ability to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales, or equivalent experience.
Additional Requirements
  • Domestic travel up to 50%.
  • Experience managing 15-20 small to medium accounts with a personal sales quota.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard business tools.
