Our up-market Commercial team works with growing organizations of 250-10,000 employees. You will work in a fast-paced environment with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities.

Vertical

This role focuses on selling into the Health and Life Sciences industry, including Payers, Providers, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, and BioTech.

We have core teams that sell the entire Salesforce platform and specialized teams for specific cloud solutions, such as Slack, NetZero Cloud, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and Digital.

Day to Day

Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs
  • Perform account planning and ensure strategic alignment
  • Communicate Salesforce value proposition to existing and new customers
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field
  • Experience managing customer accounts, driving upsell/cross-sell, or focusing on new logos
  • Strong presentation and strategic planning skills
  • Experience evaluated on core competencies like leadership, military, volunteer roles, or work experience
