The ideal candidate understands agile delivery and regulated medical device development and can enable an agile process while ensuring program objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in industry and 2+ years in product ownership or scrum delivery.
• Experience in medical device or regulated product development environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into actionable work.
• Excellent communication across technical, quality, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product backlog, aligning with milestones, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Translate program and system requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog items based on risk, regulatory impact, value, and delivery timelines.
• Serve as Scrum Master for multi-disciplinary teams and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Interface between technical teams and Program Manager; communicate progress and risks.
