Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in MedSurg nursing strongly preferred.
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes promptly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required by the facility and licensing boards.
