Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic MedSurg unit. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor conditions, administer medications, and contribute to post-operative settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• MedSurg nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification current.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the MedSurg unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education regarding post-operative care and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in the EMR accurately and ensure safety standards.
