Job summary

White Pine Senior Living in Cottage Grove is seeking a part-time CNA/Caregiver for the AM shift. The role offers a pay range of $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, with DOQ.

The caregiver will join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. The position emphasizes teamwork, compassionate service, and the opportunity to make a daily impact on those around you.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transferring and medication administration.
• Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
