Job summary

Gracewood Senior Living in Lino Lakes is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for weekend/on-call shifts. The position offers a competitive part-time hourly pay range and paid training. You will join a care team helping residents daily with personal care and health monitoring.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and strong organizational skills. Benefits among those listed support care quality and staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist residents with personal care which may include: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
