Job summary

Gracewood Senior Living in Lino Lakes, MN is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for weekend/on-call shifts. The role offers part-time hours with a pay range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on qualifications.

Paid training is provided, no experience is necessary, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. You will join a caring team to support residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, document care, and report changes.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence while helping with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transfers and medication administration.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Communicate with residents who have dementia or related diagnoses.
