Responsibilities

• Assist servers with water refills, clearing plates, and resetting tables.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, allergens, and plating guidelines.
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout shift.
• Support opening and closing duties and breakdown service stations.
• Demonstrate flexibility during busy periods and follow safety guidelines.
