Job summary

Willis Knighton Health IT is seeking a dedicated IT Analyst to oversee AMB implementation and support System Applications for staff across a multi-hospital environment in Shreveport, LA.

You will identify and resolve issues, train staff, test updates, and collaborate with IT analysts to maintain standards across all facilities.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in information systems, strong SQL/Crystal Reports skills, and a bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in information systems implementing and supporting computerized applications.
• Strong SQL and Crystal Reports knowledge is required.
• Direct experience with MEDITECH Expanse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AMB implementation and support of System Applications for select staff and departments.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues which may overlap with other departments.
• Work with IT analysts to address problems and devise solutions in a multi-hospital environment.
• Provides training to the staff and assists in testing of software and system updates.
• Leads and manages assigned projects while maintaining standards across facilities.
