BMCHS is seeking a Project Manager for the Medicine Administration - Billing & Compliance department to oversee complex projects from initiation to close, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence. The role requires collaboration with senior management, data analysis, and reporting to leadership.

On-site initially with a potential hybrid schedule after probation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business or related field, PMP preferred, 5+ years PM experience, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or field related to the project.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate project expectations to team; coordinate as needed.
• Submit budget proposals and manage budget vs. projections.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and control project timelines and deliverables.
• Coach and motivate team; deliver progress reports and presentations.
• Manage changes, risks and contingency plans throughout projects.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommendations.
