Country Meadows is seeking a Medication Technician to work in a home-like setting in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will manage medications, care for residents, and support their comfort and health while building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Respect for patient rights and confidentiality.
• Up-to-date medication certification requirements preferred.
• Highly organized skills.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this role.
• Able to understand and speak English sufficiently for safe, efficient performance of the job.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor daily wellbeing.
• Provide social and emotional support, while encouraging residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart for complete, up-to-date supplies and quality control.
