Country Meadows/Ecumenical in Easton, PA is seeking a Medication Technician to join our direct-care team. You will manage medications for residents in a home-like setting while building relationships and supporting their health and well-being.

Pay starts at $18.50-$20.50 per hour, with potential to earn more based on experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, on-demand pay, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement as part of our supportive, private company culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up-to-date medication certification requirements preferred.
• Highly organized skills.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, getting to know them personally while administering medications and treatments, observing their day-to-day behavior and outlook and ensuring their comfort and overall positive well-being.
• Provide social and emotional support, while encouraging residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart for complete, up-to-date supplies and quality control.
