Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a Medication Technician at our Wyomissing campus to administer medications, observe residents, and support daily living activities. This full-time role includes every other weekend and holiday with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour and opportunities for increased pay based on experience.

You will work closely with nursing staff to manage medication carts, ensure safety, and provide compassionate care in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and first aid preferred.
• English language proficiency required for safe care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents and manage the medication cart.
• Observe residents’ day-to-day behavior and ensure comfort and well-being.
• Assist residents with daily routines (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Provide social and emotional support and encourage independence.
• Collaborate with supervisory team and participate in training.
