Job summary

Country Meadows offers a training opportunity to become a Medication Technician in a home-like setting at our Mechanicsburg campus. You will manage medications for residents with care and compassion, while building relationships and supporting overall health.

Full-time shift 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. with differential 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., competitive pay starting at $18.50–$21.50 hourly, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Direct-care experience in a health care setting.
• Medication administration responsibilities.
• Must understand/speak English well enough to perform job.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, observe day-to-day health and comfort, and administer medications and treatments.
• Provide social and emotional support to residents while encouraging independence.
• Manage the medication cart and maintain supplies and safety checks.
