Job summary

Country Meadows in Hershey, PA is seeking a Medication Technician to manage medications for residents in a home-like setting, building relationships and contributing to their health and well-being.

The role requires direct-care experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably up-to-date medication certification. Both part-time and full-time shifts are available, with on-site work and no travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up-to-date medication certification preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required for the role.
• Ability to understand and speak English clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administering medications and treatments, observing day-to-day behavior and overall well-being.
• Provide social and emotional support, while encouraging residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart for complete, up-to-date supplies and quality control.
