Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to assist residents with daily medications in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will monitor responses and maintain electronic medical records under a licensed nurse, supporting the team in a fast paced, caring environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility.
• C.N.A. License in states where required.
• Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification in states where required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide ADL assistance per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report reactions or refusals to the licensed nurse.
• Take resident vital signs and monitor responses or side effects.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Follow infection control, fire safety, and hazardous materials guidelines
