Oakmont Management Group in California seeks a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents, while providing direct personal care and engaging them in activities. You’ll collaborate with housekeepers and maintenance to uphold the community’s standards and values.

The role supports a safe, respectful environment and requires strong communication with residents, families, and healthcare staff. Prior RCFE experience is preferred; LVN is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN is a plus.
• Experience assisting with medication in RCFE preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate resident medication and care records.
• Support a safe environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
