Job summary

Victory Housing seeks a Certified Medication Technician to administer medications to residents in a safe, organized manner. You will assist with medications, document medication assistance in EMAR, and support resident care while communicating with residents, families and team members.

This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality and adherence to care standards. This non-exempt, full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $22.00, overtime eligibility, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician required with ability to administer medications and document assistance in EMAR.
• Strong communication with residents, families and team; observe and report changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments using EMAR; ensure correct resident, route, and charting.
• Document medication administration; report discrepancies and changes to the RN/LPN/Coordinator.
• Provide resident care, assist with meals and daily activities; maintain dignity and safety.
• Maintain medication cart/orderliness, observe infection control protocols, and follow HIPAA rules.
