Victory Housing, Inc. is hiring a Certified Medication Technician to administer medications to residents and support overall resident care. The role requires safe medication delivery, accurate documentation, and effective communication with residents, families, and the care team.

This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and paid time off, with an hourly pay range of $19.00–$22.00 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be current on all vaccinations including COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per EMAR platform and policy.
• Document completion of med-pass and updates in EMR or MAR.
• Assist with resident care and safety; observe and report changes.
• Maintain medication cart and ensure confidentiality.
• Answer resident questions and ensure hydration and comfort.
