Job summary

Victory Housing, Inc. is seeking a Certified Medication Technician in Potomac, MD. The role includes administering medications, accurate documentation, and supporting resident care in a full-time capacity.

Experience with EMAR, collaboration with nursing staff, and adherence to infection control practices are essential. The position offers a competitive benefits package and an hourly pay range of $19.00–$22.00, with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be current on all vaccinations including COVID-19 and receive CDC recommended booster doses.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Victory Housing policies and procedures and applicable regulations (COMAR 10.07.14, county/state/federal guidelines).
• Administer Medications and Treatments utilizing EMAR; ensure correct drug, resident, route, dosage, time and charting.
• Document medication administration and resident observations in EMR or paper MAR when system is down.
• Coordinate with RN/LPN on clinical program and medication delivery; maintain medication cart and Wellness Center.
• Promote safety, hygiene, and infection control; assist with resident care and meals; respond to resident questions.
