Job summary

Compass Senior Living in Roseburg, Oregon is seeking a Medication Technician on the NOC shift (Tue-Sat, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM) with a $400 sign-on bonus. You will play a leadership role on the shift, ensuring safe medication delivery and coordinating with Care Partners and Med Techs.

Qualifications

• Pass medications and assist with self-administration per state law.
• Lead Care Partners and mentor Med Techs.
• Conduct interviews and orient new staff.
• Provide training and retraining as required.

Responsibilities

• Pass medication and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Guide Med Techs on shift and lead Care Partners as a role model.
• Interview, orient and train new Care Partners and Med Techs as needed.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and RCC for scheduling.
• Supervise storage, distribution, and discontinuation of residents’ medication.
• Maintain compliance with Compass Senior Living policies and procedures.
