Job summary

Callahan Village - Roseburg, OR is seeking a Medication Technician for a Nocturnal shift (9:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m., Tuesday–Saturday). You will lead the shift, pass medications, and support Care Partners while ensuring safe medication delivery under state law.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and adherence to company policies and elder care standards. You will mentor Care Partners, participate in new-hire orientation, and coordinate with the Administrator for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Good reading/writing/speaking English with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and support self-administration as required by state law.
• Lead and guide Care Partners and Med Techs on shift.
• Coordinate with RCC and Administrator for scheduling and responsibilities.
• Supervise storage, distribution, and discontinuation of residents’ medications.
• Maintain compliance with Compass Senior Living policies and procedures.
