Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician; full-time night shift is listed (10:00pm - 6:30am) with a $20.00 per hour rate or DOE. You will document, deliver and administer medicines to residents with high service standards and in compliance with policies and regulations.

Key duties include assisting with medications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with pharmacists and physicians. Competitive benefits and growth programs are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Complete health screening and negative TB test results.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments per orders.
• Observe and document medication ingestion or application.
• Maintain confidential resident medication records per procedures.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies and physicians.
• Assist caregivers with duties and daily living activities as needed.
• Perform narcotic counts and report discrepancies to supervision.
